These are swim only sessions that go roughly 1 hour. If you haven't swum in a while don't worry, Mick is an excellent coach and can improve your technique.

All sessions cost $10 and will include Mick's tri training program. You
can buy a Train Hard Card for $90 which gives you 10 sessions.

Starting your training now will give you plenty of time to be ready for any of the distances at the Tri Pink! If you are interested in joining us please come to the first Saturday sessions, ring Finss and speak to Mick on 4579 8385 or email
